1. How does the mesh room attach to the tent?
The mesh room is simply attached via zip and velcro. It can be added to the main tent or an already installed mesh or add-on room.
2. Can the mesh room be stored under the travel cover?
Yes, it can be stored underneath the travel cover.
3. Can only one mesh room be installed?
Any number of mesh and add-on rooms can be installed.
4. What kind of warranty do you offer?

5. What happens if my delivery arrives damaged?
All our shipments are transit insured. Should your delivery arrive in a damaged condition, please do not accept the shipment, advise the courier thereof and get in contact with us immediately. Transit insurance cannot be claimed for accepted deliveries.
6. Do you deliver internationally?
We certainly do. A substantial part of our business is done across borders and we deliver all Gordigear products to a global customer base. We have numerous storage hubs around the globe and delivery time may vary depending on where your purchase will be dispatched from and on the delivery method selected.
7. How long will it take for international orders to arrive?
The answer depends mainly on which means of transportation you choose (air freight, sea freight, courier) and which storage hub we dispatch your order from. For a delivery time estimation, please get in contact with us.
